More installer technical support is available via the MyGrantUK YouTube channel that includes five short training modules on the installation, commissioning and servicing of the Grant Spira condensing biomass boiler.

Online forum

To help promote technical and installation best practice, a new online forum encourages interaction between Grant’s installer network and the manufacturer’s technical support team.
