BLOG from Howard Chapman, Editor of Buildingtalk
Last night I was in Paris for the Mondial du Batiment Awards, one of Europe’s top events promoting innovation in the building industry.
Here is a link to the details of all the winners and below are some images from the event.
To reinforce the importance of innovation, Le Mondial du Batiment partnered with ADEME to organise the Mondial du Bätiment Awards.
The three awards highlighted market trends and the latest innovations.
The Awards are a unique cross-industry event that recognizes not only the show’s top innovative products and solutions but also smart applications, and architects who have an innovative approach to energy performance.
For the first time Videos of nominated and winning products will be projected onto giant Innovation Towers in areas of each hall specifically dedicated to innovation at Batimat.
BATIMAT, INTERCLIMA+ELEC and IDEOBAIN will come together under one roof from 2nd to 6th November 2015 for the first Mondial du Batiment at the Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Center, in Paris, France.
Batiment is the world’s most comprehensive showcase of solutions, demonstrations and training for all sectors of the building and architecture industry.
More than 2,600 French and international exhibitors use Batimat as an opportunity launch new products. Over 350,000 visitors are expected at the event including 80,000 international visitors and 32,000 architects.
I will be there, not least to see what’s new in the industry. If you are planning to visit, maybe add a comment below about why you are coming.
