Due to the high demand, BM TRADA, part of the Exova Group, has added this new date to its series of free half-day fire safety seminars. All the previous seminars have sold out, so early booking is recommended to assure a place.
Fire protection measures: understanding your responsibilities is half-day seminar designed to inform and raise awareness of passive fire protection and the duties placed on the Responsible Person under the RRFSO
The programme is delivered by a panel of experts in their specific fields, including representatives from BM TRADA, the Fire Protection Association, Association for Specialist Fire Protection, Chief Fire Officers Association and law firm Browne Jacobson.
Delegates also receive free access to ‘The Responsible Person’ e-learning course from the Fire Protection Association, allowing them to fit further learning into their busy schedules at their own convenience.
The seminar is suitable for facilities and estates managers, fire and rescue services, housing associations, local authorities, hotel and guest house owners and managers of public buildings – including those in the education and health sectors.
Peter Barker, BM TRADA Senior Consultant: “It’s imperative that people who assume the role of the ‘Responsible Person’ under the RRFSO fully understand what is required of them in exercising their duty – and the popularity of our seminars proves that there is a real demand for this information, which we are happy to provide.”
