ñHelping people re-engage with the communityBounce Back acts as a ‘bridge’ between prison and full time employment. Bounce Back believes that everyone deserves a second chance so we train and employ people to make sure they get one.

Getting people out of prison, off benefits and into paid employment reduces re-offending, keeps communities safer, and saves the government and tax payers millions of pounds. We have a painting and decorating training centre where we are creating a team of professional Painter and Decorators who are passionate about their workî.

Having worked with over 100 people on the programme, Bounce Back now has a participant team of talented highly professional decorators who work on a variety of jobs with us.

In addition, some of them are now either set up in their own businesses, or working for other contractors – and the video introduces you to just a few of them.
