Novus Property Solutions has been asked to design and build a terrace of bungalows within a sheltered housing block in Stoke-on-Trent.
Currently underway, the project will see the construction of three two-bedroom bungalows in the grounds of Wooldridge Court, which already accommodates 27 flats with communal living spaces.
In recent months, the sheltered housing block has undergone a complete programme of remodelling: the new bungalows will complete this modernisation.
Novus has designed the bungalows with brick face walls and pitched tiled roofs; associated siteworks and drainage will be fitted when construction is complete.
When finished, the buildings will offer compliance with with Homes and Communities Agency Design and Quality Standards, meeting Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 Certification.
The project is due for completion in February 2016.
