Canjaere Classic specified to protect and enhance seaside properties

Bloor Homes has specified the Canjaere Classic external finish for its exclusive residential development in the seaside town of Lyme Regis, Dorset.

Canjaere Classic used on the Bloor Homes seaside development in DorsetBloor selected the oil treatment, supplied by the A. Proctor Group, to protect and enhance the timber cladding on the 3, 4 and 5 bedroom properties.

The Canjaere Classic range has been developed to preserve the appearance and resilience of natural wood by increasing its water resistance and stability. Comprising a mixture of mineral and vegetable oils, the treatment protects the timber by inhibiting moisture pick-up.

The treatment comes with a 30 year warranty against rot and decay, and is available in four natural colours with a range of colour-matched accessories.
