Canjaere Classic Timber Cladding specified for Aberdeen office development

Canjaere Classic Timber Cladding by A Proctor Group has been specified by Halliday Fraser Munro in a golden natural colourway for an Aberdeen office development.

Timber Cladding from A Proctor GroupThe development is located just three miles from Aberdeen city centre and is being promoted as Aberdeen’s premier business location. The business park provides 40,000 square feet of office space overlooking Loirston Loch. 

The finished building was nominated as a finalist in the Architectural Excellence Awards at the 2016 Scottish Property Awards.

Architects Halliday Fraser Munro specified the Canjaere timber cladding in a Tongue and Groove finish, which was then installed by contractor Robertson Construction Group.

Canjaere cladding is treated with a unique process to protect the wood against moisture and preserve the finished look, backed by a 30-year maintenance warranty against rot and decay.

The cladding is available in a range of profile finishes and a selection of colour matched trims and accessories.
