  • 28 Oct 2015

PVC-U window and door systems manufacturer Deceuninck has published a new commercial brochure for Care Homes & Sheltered Housing.

The new brochure is the second in a series of new publications being developed for different sectors within the commercial market, following Schools and Universities.

It features the latest information on Deceuninck’s range of window and door solutions, colours and performance accreditations – as well as case studies and technical support to help architects and specifiers choose the best product for their commercial projects.

The brochure details Deceuninck products, characterising energy efficiency, weather performance, aesthetics and colour, in addition to ease of operation and installation.

Products include Deceuninck’s new FRW fully reversible window, designed to be “best-in-class” for weather, U-values and security.

Meeting requirements

Deceuninck Commercial Sales Manager, John Duckworth, discussed how the brochure can help specifiers meet the strict criteria their projects entail.

“Lifetime Homes comes with 16 design criteria, universally applied to new homes to keep costs low. Each design feature also adds to the comfort and convenience of the home and supports the changing needs of individuals and families at different stages of life.

“Meeting all 16 Design Criteria gives architects, planners, developers and builders the assurance that Part M Building Regulations is met.”
