This year’s Surface Design Show featured Armourcoat, where the design industry showcased the latest in innovation regarding surface materials.
The exhibition, which took place at London’s Business Design Centre, attracted a big gathering of architects, specifiers and designers.
It holds a special place, as it is the only British event to focus purely on interior and exterior
surfaces.
Decorative specialist Armourcoat presented a stunning range of hand-applied polished plaster wall finishes, as well as the latest additions to its luxury Signature Collection.
The company also launched the new ‘Armourcoat Acoustic Plaster System’ designed to optimise the acoustics of interior spaces, offering a clean and smooth mineral surface which can be
applied effortlessly over large expanses to both flat and curved surfaces.
Made up of a special mineral wool composite panel, bonded onto the substrate and finished with a seamless layer, if offers a sophisticated marble based plaster finish, while allowing sound energy to pass through the surface.
