The company teamed up with Bolton based Security Solutions to complete the upgrades at the new £8 million North Stand which can hold up to 260 fans in its conference facility.

The building, designed by Elkus Manfredi Architects, now features an exterior glass lobby which has been clad in large-scale ArmourFX modular wall panels from Armourcoat Surface Finishes Inc.

A variety of shades, including Ochre White was applied to produce a striking and carefully selected neutral tone at the historic ballroom.

The building has achieved the highest BREEAM score ever awarded at 95.16% after 14 of the company’s EU Ecolable accredited products were used, including over 10,000 litres of Johnstone’s Covaplus Vinyl Matt emulsion to enable a durable finish resistant to fading and yellowing. The new £250 million centre will form the organisations fifth resort upon completion next spring and will feature restaurants, The Plaza with a 75 room hotel, spa, conference centre and multiple shops.

The new showroom is based in a former Victorian warehouse on Rosebery Avenue and has been designated as a ‘light industrial heritage’ building by the local conservation area.
