The building incorporates 240mm of Kingspan insulation, air tightness membranes, triple glazed windows, mechanical ventilation, heat recovery and solar panels to help reduce the need for fossil fuels.

Regulation EU No 995/2010 of the European Parliament requires all 27 European Union member states to fulfil the requirements, which exist to prevent the harvesting and trade of illegal timber products, including solid wood, flooring, plywood, pulp and paper.

The range protects against general wear and tear and offers high levels of UV and heat resistance to produce a thermally efficient and durable system.

With a UV-Protection factor of twelve, the wood provides a golden brown cedar tone and is included in the range alongside UV-Protection-Oil Clear and Oak UV-Protection-Oil.

Planed square edge sections form part of the collection, as well as the recently added fully adjustable veneered oak door lining system for application in difficult areas.
