Using the FLIR camera to scan for condensation build-ups allows the user to view moisture which could go undetected and can also be used for inspecting pipe work and detecting roofing problems.

The camera has enabled the council to explain to tenants the reason for the presence of damp and condensation, by providing an in-depth survey of the building in a short period of time.
