The handrails and baluster uprights incorporate a Grey polyester powder coated matt finish and are fixed with resin anchors into concrete balconies, whilst the glazed privacy screens installed are manufactured from sandblasted glass panels with Ritec protective coating for low maintenance.

The balconies were all manufactured off site and craned into place using balustrades preinstalled to the balcony decks, whilst fascia and soffit cladding was installed around the courtyard garden.
