The Maxwall HTM complies with the Health Technical Memorandum (HTM68) for ducts and sanitary panel assemblies and was built specifically for the healthcare sector. Around 180 factory-assembled modular frames, designed to make the running of pipework and mounting of sanitaryware quick and easy, were installed and feature Solid Grade Laminate panels for water resistance.

The company’s full-height Motiv cubicles, with a 20mm void at the bottom, a 30mm gap at the top and a Perspex panel for light, were included in the student washrooms. Maxwood also fitted standard-height cubicles in the staff toilets at the £33m school building.
