Thermally efficient baralled roof fitted at garden centre ruined by fire
A total of 2,500m2 Protan SE 1.2mm was laid over the metal deck, vapour control layer and insulation board to enable a quick refurbishment ready for internal fit out. The company’s prefabricated system uses Protan single ply membrane, designed to withstand harsh weather conditions and last for up to 30 years.

The company achieved a total score of 98.93% for the STEPS programme in addition to 100% in the final six months of the monitoring period.
