CCF opens new branch in Norwich

  • 18 Mar 2024

Leading insulation, drywall, and ceiling product distributor CCF has opened a new branch in Norwich. This branch will serve trade specialists across the East Anglia region with both interior building materials and technical support.

CCF Norwich includes a Trade Counter for easy access to the branch’s extensive product range and customer support services, with trade professionals also welcome to contact the team via phone or email.

The new branch has the support of a large fleet of delivery vehicles that will allow CCF to service customers in Norwich and the wider East Anglia region alongside existing branches in Peterborough and Colchester.

Headed up by branch manager Adam Newton, the new CCF Norwich team is on hand to provide specialist product guidance and technical advice such as ways to meet specific sustainability or performance targets. CCF works closely with many of the UK’s leading product manufacturers, including Knauf Insulation, Celotex, Rockwool, Zentia, Rockfon, Weber, British Gypsum, Siniat, and own brand solutions Sektor and Tradeline.

‘An even stronger position’

Adam comments: “This is CCF’s first branch in Norwich and although we have been successfully supporting our customers across the region from our other sites, our customer insights tell us that there is a greater demand for our services locally and so we are now in an even stronger position to meet their needs.

“We will be holding lots of products in stock and can offer a fast and reliable delivery service with short lead times. We are committed to helping support all our customers on all of their projects across East Anglia and we are looking forward to getting to work!”

As well as offering a wide variety of interior building products, the new CCF branch will also showcase the company’s commitment to reducing the environmental impact of its business operations. As well as featuring the use of solar PV roofing panels to generate clean energy for lighting and heating, the branch will also make use of fully electric fork-lift trucks within its warehouse.

CCF Norwich is the company’s 37th branch in the UK and is located at Unit 8, Broadland Gate Business Park, Hawthorne Drive, Postwick, Norwich, Norfolk, NR13 5GE. It will be open from 7am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
