CEMEX UK announced as exhibitor for Civils Expo

  • 10 Jun 2015

Regarded by many construction and built environment industries as a market leader in cement, concrete and aggregates; CEMEX will be showcasing its latest product innovations alongside its industry staples at the event.

CEMEX specialises in cement, concrete and aggregates.

In addition, CEMEX’s Sustainability Director, Andrew Spencer, will be speaking at the Infrastructure Hub – a newly announced zone located at the heart of Civils Expo.

Hosting a variety of useful and informative content, the Infrastructure Hub will significantly boost the civil engineering offering at UK Construction Week, providing a dedicated space to network, learn and do business.

James Fairclough, UK Submissions Manager at CEMEX, commented: “Civils Expo offers a unique opportunity for us to showcase our latest products and solutions to a wide variety of construction professionals.

The fact that UK Construction Week is backed by government is a big plus for CEMEX as we look to help solve the infrastructure and housing problems currently facing the UK through our services, helping to build a greater Britain.”

Richard Morey, Group Events Director at Media 10, the company producing UK Construction Week, commented: “We are delighted to welcome CEMEX on board and have been encouraged by the amount of support for a dedicated civil engineering space at UK Construction Week.

Civils Expo and the Infrastructure Hub will cater directly to this need and offer the industry a place to develop business contacts, showcase new products and share best practice.”
