Changing Places toilet gives disabled people better access to theatre

  • 19 Sep 2014

The Palma Vita toilet room incorporates an automatic wash and dry shower unit and additional equipment including a hoist, height adjustable washbasin and changing bench.

Palma Vita can be used as a conventional WC with in built washing and drying, allowing users to manually cleanse with toilet paper whilst giving them more independence and good hygiene.

The Changing Places toilet compliments the theatres six other accessible toilets and was specified after consultation with disabled groups in the region.
