Composite door market predicted to grow

  • 18 Mar 2015

Door-Stop has examined the results of the survey which look promising for the composite door market

The survey was completed by 1,020 composite door companies from across the UK.

After analysing the results, Door-Stop discovered that 73% of the surveyed companies were expecting their sales figures to carry on growing and improving throughout 2015.

Almost half of the respondents claimed that they were optimistic for composite door sales in the forthcoming year.

33% believed that 2015 would be a better year than 2014 with only less than 5% expecting a fall in sales.

Good news for the composite door market

With the figures suggesting a growth for the overall market, Door-Stop has expressed its confidence.

The company believe that composite doors will benefit further from the continuing decline in PVC panels.

The falling price of oil is also expected to encourage consumers to invest in composite doors as they will have more disposable income.
