The Construction Enquirer Awards will decide the best construction firms to work and do business for; with the winner decided by an industry vote at UK Construction Week.
A ‘Top Ten’ will be published for the twelve different categories, with the winners being revealed during a gala night at the Vox at the NEC Birmingham on the 18th October.
Companies can nominate themselves for the employer awards; or for their favourite contractor or client to do business with in the supply chain categories by submitting entries online. Large companies can submit multiple entries if it has separate operating divisions.
The deadline for entries will close on June 30th. Online voting will then start during the summer before ‘Top Ten’ lists are published in August.
Winners will be awarded with a certificate and branded materials which can be used across their market collateral.
Nathan Garnett, Group Events Director at Media 10, the organiser of UK Construction Week, commented: “These awards are truly unique within the industry and provide the most reliable insight into which firms are getting it right. A huge part of UK Construction Week’s appeal is it brings the biggest players, firms and companies within the construction industry to one venue.
The Construction Enquirer Awards is in many ways an extension of this, it’s the only awards that gives those in the industry a chance to recognise who is providing a peerless service.”
Aaron Morby, Editor at Construction Enquirer commented: “At Construction Enquirer we’re constantly looking to help improve the way the construction industry works. We’ve already achieved this within the construction media world and now it’s time for a fresh approach to construction awards.
This new approach will give real people in the industry a say in recognising which companies are the best to work for and which firms are a pleasure to do business with. These awards are all about rewarding construction companies who go about their work in the right way.”
