Crown Paints on meeting housing providers needs at PfH Live 2017

  • 2 Jun 2017

Crown Paints will be at PfH Live 2017, explaining how its staff, high performance coatings and comprehensive service package can meet housing providers exact needs.

The company will be on stand P34 at the event, part of the CIH Conference, which is being held on 27-29 June 2017 at Manchester Central.

You can also benefit from the Colour Service Team, accessed through Crown Paints’ Specification Services. This team oversees initiatives including the creation of exterior and interior schemes, completed using computer aided design, and, for certain projects, it can provide face-to-face consultation.

Through Crown Paints’ network of Crown Decorating Centres under the ‘Refresh Your Home’ scheme you can find bespoke tenant packs, giving tenants the opportunity to create a new look for their homes in a simple and convenient way.

All the paint and accessories tenants require are provided in paint packs which are tailored to suit individual social landlord’s clients and the size of their individual homes.

A set of vouchers can be provided to social landlords, who can set the value for tenants. Crown Paints will also discuss the features of its products, as well as services.

This will include an insight into its flame retardant system Crown Trade Timonox, which for more than 40 years has played a key role in fire safety within the social housing sector – slowing down the spread of flames and ‘buying’ precious time for buildings to be evacuated. Therefore, the system can bring premises up to the required safety standards.

In addition, the recent reformulation of the system has also led to the required number of coats being reduced from four to three, which will be explained at PfH Live.
