Leading paint brand Crown Paints is excited to be part of the flagship trade event the National Painting and Decorating Show which takes place in Coventry this week.
The conference, which sees over 3,500 professionals visit each year, is the biggest annual trade show for the UK painting and decorating industry.
Crown Paints is an exhibitor at the event this year, which will be held at the Coventry Building Society Arena from 9.30am – 4.00pm on Tuesday 22nd and Wednesday 23rd November 2022.
Taking up position on Stand 33, Crown Paints will be showcasing its hero professional coatings brands Crown Trade, Sandtex Trade, Sadolin and Macpherson, as well as its network of Crown Decorating Centres (CDCs) across the UK and Ireland.
Bringing to life the company’s expertise in colour, the team from Crown Paints will be on hand to engage with visitors, sharing insights on colour and its tintable product ranges, whilst supported by a visual 2.5m colour wall that will adorn the centre of the stand.
Delegates will be able to open CDC Trade accounts, and there will also be a chance to enter a digital ‘Spin the Wheel’ competition to win lifestyle vouchers or a ColourKey, Crown Paints’ pocket colour matching tool for colour and painting professionals.
There will be live ColourKey demonstrations at the stand, and visitors who submit their details will also receive a goody bag to take home, including a free 2.5L Clean Extreme paint voucher to be redeemed at their chosen CDC.
Delegates will have the chance to hear from the paint manufacturer during two Master Class sessions on Sadolin Superdec. Each day the company will host a session to demonstrate the product and its multi-surface properties, which is particularly suitable for PVC, composite and plasticised surfaces.
The first will take place on Tuesday 22nd at 1.25pm in Theatre 1, with a second session held on Wednesday 23rd at 12.55pm in Theatre 2.
Throughout its exhibition space, Crown Paints will also be offering visitors the chance to find out more about its commitment to making a positive difference to both people and the planet, including the CDC’s Can Back initiative.
The industry-leading scheme recycles tonnes of plastic and metal paint cans across the UK and Ireland each year. So far this year, the scheme has returned over 900,000 empty paint cans and is on target to receive 1 million used cans by the end of the year.
Katie McLean, Marketing Director at Crown Paints UK & Ireland, comments: “We are very proud to take centre stage at the National Painting and Decorating Show. It’s a chance to meet our customers face to face and share all the wonderful developments at Crown across our family of brands.
“From exciting colour to quality product, and our outstanding CDC network along with its market-leading Can Back recycling scheme, the team at Crown have been working hard to support our valued customers with the best possible sustainable choices.
“We look forward to seeing lots of people there for what promises to be two jam-packed days of networking, knowledge sharing and lots of fun.”
Targeting anyone who uses, sells, stocks or specifies painting and decorating products, the National Painting and Decorating Show gives delegates the chance to access over 100 exhibitors, a series of MasterClass theatres showcasing the best in product innovation and application techniques, as well as freebies and prizes.
