Crown Paints has announced that it is supporting the Children with Cancer UK charity by partnering up for 2017.

The charity is dedicated to research into finding cures for childhood cancers as well as providing support and care for ill children, with a range of fund-raising events throughout the year.

Cancer affects 4,000 children and young people a year and research, improved treatments and support for children with cancer and their families is much needed and Crown Paints is helping to allow this to continue, according to Francesca Borrelli, Corporate Manager at Children with Cancer UK.

Crown Paints’ charity committee put out a staff vote to choose a partner to support for 2017.

Laura Gillet, head of Crown Paints charity committee, said “the stories of the children and their families are truly inspirational and Crown Paints looks forward to supporting the charity through a variety of fundraising events.”
