Crown Paints’ Different Shades of Green – Delivering Paint Sustainability CPD will be taking place at the Novotel in Nottingham this October.

Launched at this year’s Ecobuild, the seminar will be delivered by Crown Paints’ CPD accredited presented David Spicer.

Delegates will have the opportunity to take part in various free-to-attend workshops, focusing on the skills required to work and thrive within the UK construction sector.

David Spicer, Crown Paints’ Technical Manager, commented: “The presentation pays particular focus on paint and coatings and will look at matters including BREEAM, issues with standardisation, products helping to extend maintenance cycles, carbon foot printing, the integrated approach to sustainability and corporate social responsibility.”

Crown Paints’ latest CPD joins a series of accredited programmes available from the paint manufacturer, including Burning issues – the hazard of painted walls and ceilings, the role of colour in buildings, colour in education and effective paint specification.

Different Shades of Green – Delivering Paint Sustainability is being held at 11am on October 7th. Registration is open to anyone by contacting Crown Paints Specification services on 0330 020 0310 or emailing [email protected].
