Crown Paints has announced it will be delivering its ‘Different Shades of Green – Delivering Paint Sustainability’ CPD at Scotland Build 2015 next month.

The seminar was launched at this year’s EcoBuild, hosted by Crown Paints’ CPD accredited presented David Spicer.

The Scotland Build Expo is scheduled to take place at the SECC in Glasgow between the 25-26 November, offering a variety of free CPD accredited training workshops to delegates.

The presentation will focus specifically on paint and coatings, and will look into topics including BREEAM, issues with standardisation, products helping to extend maintenance cycles, carbon foot printing, the integrated approach to sustainability and corporate social responsibility.

The CPD joins a series of accredited programmes available from the paint manufacturer, including ‘Burning issues – the hazard of painted walls and ceilings’, ‘The role of colour in buildiings’, ‘Colour in education’ and ‘Effective paint specification.’
