Fibo UK has announced it has become an approved supplier to all members of the FORTIS independent merchant buying group.
The leading European kitchen and bathroom wall panel manufacturer has encountered strong growth nationwide, thanks to its innovative and stylish wall panels that are creating new selling opportunities for merchants.
Fibo’s active sales and marketing programme is helping position the company’s brand and extensive range as a hugely viable alternative to tiles.
Bathrooms and kitchens can be transformed easily, quickly and cost effectively with its precision-engineered panels, eradicating all the hassles that come with conventional tiling.
New and existing relationships with independents exist are due to many reasons; Fibo’s growing team on the ground, along with the expansion of its Norwegian manufacturing operations and ongoing support for merchants with POS, show areas and training are all evidence of this.
MD Scott Beattie says these quick and positive developments over the last year have helped Fibo UK achieve the FORTIS deal.
“We are extremely pleased to have been given the opportunity to trade with FORTIS members and look forward to building strong and long term relationships,” he says.
“It is our first buying group deal and we realise the significance of achieving it and the benefits it will bring to our business moving forward.
“In recent months, we were able to test the water with some of the members and their interest to stock and display our products has been outstanding.
“We are committed to helping merchants do well with our range and will be actively engaging with members to show how our panels can add value to their business.”
FORTIS Trading Director Paul Bence expressed his happiness of Fibo joining the group and praised the company’s efforts to build its brand and establish relationships with merchants.
“Awarding them a deal is testament to their success so far and we look forward to a long and fruitful partnership,” he added.
