  • 6 Nov 2015

Advanced’s recent customer survey has highlighted its position as an industry-leading fire systems business, in terms of product quality and customer service.

The survey was developed to assess the company’s position in the market and determine where it can improve.

Covering all aspects of the business, such as brand, products, support and after-sales, the survey was completed by Advanced’s customer and stakeholder groups.

Survey results

99% of respondents claimed that they would recommend Advanced’s products to others, whilst 91% stated that quality was the most important factor when choosing the company’s products.

Advanced’s reputation was also endorsed: 86% declared the company the best, or one of the best, fire systems supplier, with 70% finding their products easier to use than others on the market. 72% also stated that Advanced’s products perform better than others overall.

91% of respondents ranked Advanced’s technical support as excellent or good; 87% said the same about its training.

An area that was highlighted for improvement was awareness of the features available to members of the company’s Advanced360 online tech support people; the company is currently working on correcting this.
