  • 21 Jun 2017

Delta Membrane Systems has launched its updated RIBA-approved CPD seminar, Waterproofing Below Ground Structure to BS8102:2009.

When it comes to below ground structures, failed waterproofing is often due to poor system installation, design, or a combination of both.

Delta Membrane’s Waterproofing Below Ground Structure to BS8102:2009 CPD seminar has been developed to educate professionals within the industry on the best design considerations and practices.

The seminar targets architects, structural engineers, Structural Warranty providers and anyone involved in retrofit and new build basements, including designers and installers.

It is suitable for anyone with a desire to expand their overall knowledge of waterproofing, or update their skills. The seminar will enable delegates with to gain a greater understanding of  water management and BS8102:2009, the Code of Practice for Protection of Below Ground Structures

The CPD considers both new build and retrofit projects, offering an analysis of the types of waterproofing systems on the market and the relevant regulations, standards and grades that apply.

Delta’s team is able to tailor the CPD to delegates’ individual organisational needs. It lasts for approximately 45 minutes, and the company is able to offer its training course on any premises.
