Digital Construction Week offers free BIM Clinics

  • 28 Sep 2017

Digital Construction Week is partnering up with the UK BIM Alliance to offer a series of free to attend BIM Clinics.

Visitors to the show will be invited to take part in the free to attend clinics, sponsored by Allplan UK, which will explore the practicalities of BIM execution. BIM experts will carry out the sessions, allowing visitors the chance to ask more detailed questions.

Paul Surin, Head of Built Environment at Wienerberger will lead one session, exploring what BIM means for manufacturers and manufacturing, covering the future of construction product manufacturing but also looking into what must be done to help with the government BIM Level 2 mandate and to embrace the Digital Built Britain strategy.

Visitors can also expect sessions to cover the changes in dynamics and behaviours required across the Construction supply chain to really leverage the benefits of BIM.

Digital Construction Week is dedicated to digital transformation in construction, engineering, design, manufacturing, and operation. The two day exhibition will take place at London’s ExCeL from 18th-19th October.
