The Innovation Trail at UK Construction Week looks set to bring together all the very latest in the construction industry, as the largest gathering of the UK’s built environment community returns to the Birmingham NEC.
The trail will feature a plethora of companies, looking at all the changing products and services and how they will change the way we build.
Included will be the latest in Mobile Mapping from Central Alliance, with their groundbreaking ROBIN LiDAR system and the introduction of advanced UAV services for construction surveying from Texo Drone.
Graphene will be showcasing its 3D printed graphene shoe with pressure sensor, whilst Solisco will offer a solution to power cars with renewable energy, alongside helping to balance the grid, with their Solar EV-Port Systems.
Also featuring will be Clevertouch and its Pro 4k interactive touchscreen, which is comparable to having a large tablet on the wall that includes a digital whiteboard, annotation app and browser amongst other things.
In terms of heating, Ecovolt, designer and manufacturer of heating and hot water systems, will be presenting its JouleTherm CeP product, with Potterton Commercial showcasing its new ‘Assure’ range of boilers for social housing and 3THERMO exhibiting the world’s first hybrid concealed heating system at HVAC 2017.
The latest living comfort control system from Theben, LUXORliving, is flexible and offers all-round home comfort with minimum fuss will also feature, as well as participation from other companies, including Kirona, Durisol, PowerCem Technologies, Safety Point and Sound Impact.
UK Construction Week lasts from 10-12 October, with an anticipated 35,000 visitors and more than 650 market-leading exhibitors aiming to showcase the most pioneering products, services and working practices.
