Dolphin Solutions, a leading UK based manufacturer and global commercial washroom solutions provider, has announced the acquisition of Essex based company, FC Frost Ltd, as of 1st October 2017.
The arrangement ideally complements Dolphin’s range of washroom solutions, with FC Frost being a designer and manufacturer of bespoke, customised and standard architectural washroom products.
Established in 1971, FC Frost’s strong heritage, in tandem with its brand values, is sure to strengthen Dolphin’s standing in the washroom industry, as it looks to build on its ever increasing global presence.
Production will remain at FC Frost’s Braintree site but the company will now operate as Dolphin Solutions Ltd.
No redundancies will be caused, and the team at Frost are delighted with the news. Frost’s product codes will remain the same to ensure consistency and ease of ordering.
Jonathan Beattie, Managing Director at Dolphin Solutions, says: “ The acquisition of FC Frost Ltd is an exciting move forward for Dolphin as we continue to create innovative washroom design solutions across the globe.
“We would like to emphasise that there will be no change in the service we provide and sales contacts will remain the same. You have my absolute assurance that top quality, seamless, service delivery will continue.”
“On behalf of FC Frost Ltd and Dolphin Solutions Ltd, we sincerely thank you for your continued support and invite you to join us as we embark on this exciting new chapter.”
