Door lock enhances security with attack code function for users

  • 22 Sep 2014

The battery powered lock can be operated using existing cards or PIN codes of between four and eight characters, with security managers being able to obtain real-time open/closed and ‘locked – yes/no’ status information.

The Aperio L100 lock is available for fire doors and multiple door profiles including Euro, Scandinavian and Finnish, offering maximum protection that is also suited to exterior doors with special requirements.

The product can support a Duress Code function to enhance safety, with a silent hold up alarm being triggered in the security centre should a user enter the attack code instead of their own pin if they feel threatened.

The Aperio L100 complies with EN 179 and EN 1125 requirements, has a protection rating of IP55 and holds a CE mark.
