Ecophon Focus LP system creates acoustic ceiling linear design

  • 13 Nov 2014

Ecophon’s Focus Lp is the only acoustic ceiling on the market that creates the sharp linear lines in a room that designers and installers choose to provide a sense of direction.

Standard option is available in various panel sizes including a new 300mm panel.

Additional options offered by Focus Lp Premium enable designers to discreetly integrate all technical ceiling components such as lighting, ventilation, sprinklers and smoke detectors to create true, clean lines.

LED lighting

Ecophon offer an option to integrate its own Line LED lighting, a recessed luminaire suitable for various applications including open-plan work spaces and walkways.

Line LED also works well in lunch areas or restrooms, conference and meeting areas.

Noise

When it comes to the well being and productivity of employees, noise can be a major issue.

In an open plan office, reducing sound propagation is often key.

Installing Focus Lp helps to minimise unnecessary distraction by reducing both sound levels and shortening the distance speech travels.

Will Jones, Marketing Manager at Ecophon: “This is a truly unique acoustic ceiling system.  In fact, it is the only product on the market that is available to accomplish both aesthetic requirements in terms of linear design, while achieving high levels of acoustic performance.

The acoustic element is particularly important in open plan spaces where linear design is most sought after.  Ultimately, it gives increased design options for the interior, whilst still supporting a good working environment.”
