EcoTherm Insulation has strengthened its Wales and West Midlands sales teams with the appointment of Richard Macalister as the new Area Sales Manager.
Having spent five years with Ecotherm’s sister company, Building Innovation Ltd, Richard started out as a Sales Coordinator before being promoted to Sales Office Manager in 2014.
During this period Richard was responsible for managing key client accounts and ensuring that the sales team consistently met its monthly sales targets.
His extensive roofing and construction industry experience, in addition to his customer services background, will be a great advantage in his new role with EcoTherm, in which he will be responsible for providing a strong, supportive presence in the area, whilst developing new business opportunities to service the evolving demands of the construction industry.
EcoTherm aim to provide an unrivalled, fuss free service to customers. The company comments that its latest addition the the team further enhances this commitment.
