Frontrunner Plus’ open grid and absorbent inserts are being tried and tested at the University of Copenhagen

Danish distributors, Top Matting, recommended Frontrunner Plus to the University of Copenhagen after examining the product’s properties and features.

Constructed with absorbent inserts to keep internal floors clean and dry by capturing moisture, Plastic Extruders’ PVC product aims to reduce the costs of cleaning and maintenance.

It also features an open grid, which has been included to remove dirt from shoes and allow it to fall through. The grid is available in a variety of colours to be sympathetic to individual interiors.

The Frontrunner Plus has also been designed to save time on installation as it is supplied in 10m long rolls that are cut on site.

The product is part of the Frontrunner Entrance Flooring range. This series includes matting products with a tougher thread pattern, which have achieved R12 rating under DIN 51130 for their increased slip resistance, and nylon brushes for areas with soiling.

It also includes an overall thickness of 6.5mm and a hard backing for areas that do not have a sunken matwell.
