This year, the Surface & Materials Show will take place at NEC Birmingham, as part of UK Construction Week.
An integral part of UK Construction Week, the Surface & Materials Show presents architecture, design and construction professionals with the opportunity to acquaint themselves with the latest innovations and products on the surfaces market.
The show can be of benefit to those actively specifying for floors, walls, working surfaces or ceilings, as well as those seeking inspiration in design.
Through a comprehensive programme of CPD sessions and discussions, the show will communicate knowledge about the surfaces market. Host talks and debates from event partners, such as RIBA and BIFM, will aim to unite suppliers and specifiers; the show aspires to provide opportunities for networking and socialisation, as well as new knowledge and information for its visitors.
The Flooring Industry Training Association and Master Fitters will work together to deliver educational presentations, covering all areas of contract flooring, for the show’s Flooring Workshop.
The central Surface & Materials Hub will showcase a range of the latest products, which can be experienced and engaged with first-hand. The chosen products have been designed to meet the evolving needs of architects, interior designers, specifiers and facilities managers.
Finally, the Surface & Materials Show will host more than 1,500 square metres of exhibition stands, featuring a combination of established and emerging brands. The latest in sustainable practises and products – from external cladding and sound insulation to anti-bacterial work surfaces and wall treatments – will also be on display.
The show’s current exhibitors list includes Soundspace Solutions, Johnson Tiles, Alusid and CED
