A number of exhibitors and event partners have registered to take part in UK Construction Week’s celebration of the British build industry

UK Construction Week, which will be held at the NEC in Birmingham from 6th October until 11th October, is being organised by design and build event company, Media 10.

Drawing on the recognition and reputation of Media 10’s successful event, Grand Designs, it will feature 9 shows that cover all aspects of the construction industry.

The Surface and Materials Show will make an appearance, as well as the Timber Expo and the Build Show.

Kitchens & Bathrooms Live, Energy 2015, Smart Buildings 2015 and Plant & Machinery Live will also be featured.

A range of companies have already registered to exhibit at the new show.

Some of these names include: certification provider BM TRADA, power tool manufacturer Festool and fenestration systems designer Senior Architectural Systems.

Companies such as Konnectiv, which provides integrated smart home technologies, and Airflow, which produces ventilation products, have also signed up to take part in the event.

UK Construction Week has also gained a number of event partners, including the National Federation of Builders and the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists.

The event partners will contribute to the seminar content of the shows to ensure that the information delivered is relevant and useful.

With 55,000 trade visitors expected to attend the event, clearly marked zones will be established to make navigation around the shows easier.

This will allow attendees to choose the shows that suit their particular interests.
