External Wall Insulation specified for high rise redevelopment

The company were employed to improve the aesthetics and thermal performance of Liscard House in Wallasey.

A total of 3000m2 of Swisslab, an insulated render system providing energy efficiency was used alongside 60mm phenolic insulation to improve the buildings thermal requirements.

A Silkolitt 1.5 silicone render and Traditional Black Slip system were additionally fitted to provide a weather resistant, thermally improved façade.

On completion of EWI installation work at Liscard House, the U-value of the property is now 0.25w/m2K.
