External Wall Insulation system contributes to project award win

  • 25 Sep 2014

The Swistherm EWI system with Acrylic Brick Slips was specified for use on the La Collette High Rise, St Helier project, helping to secure the Jersey Electricity Sustainability Award for Morris Architects at the 2014 Jersey Construction Council Awards.

The system is designed for use in both refurbishment and new build projects and is BBA approved and certified by the Energy Savings Trust.

Swistherm can be supplied in a variety of high-performance Render Finishes, or in the Acrylic Brick Slips used on La Collette to transform a buildings exterior appearance.

Alumasc has worked with Morris Architects and Rateavon, a Registered Contractor based in Jersey, to deliver a series of award winning high rise schemes, including Pomme Do’r Farm and The Cedars.

The Jersey Construction Council Awards took place on Saturday 13th September at the Royal Jersey Showground.
