Fantastic softmud four from Wienerberger

  • 14 Dec 2017

Wienerberger has launched four new softmud bricks, in a product development that is merely one facet of a major £100,000 investment in product, equipment and process throughout the company.

The UK’s leading provider of building material solutions’ new bricks are specifically geared towards the new build housing market. They offer a soft, traditional aesthetic, ideally reflecting current housebuilder trends.

The new bricks are Waresley Red Stock, Waresley Orange Stock, Charthurst Red Multi and Nuthurst Red Multi, with these latest products increasing the size of Wienerberger’s softmud range at Waresley to beyond 20 products.

Lee Pauls, Category Product Manager – Wall at Wienerberger, spoke about the new brick, which come at a time when demand is particularly high.

“Investments we have made in the factory have not only enabled us to develop some new options but have also further improved the quality of the existing range of softmud bricks we produce at Waresley.

“The pallet of colours and finishes we are now able to offer our customers is extensive and provides a wide range of options for housebuilders and developers looking to create an attractive street scene.

“Initial feedback has been very positive and we’re looking forward to developing this range even further in the coming weeks and months.”
