Fast Flow Gas Services protect boilers with Fernox

Complete system protection with Fernox

Fast Flow Gas Services specialise in essential heating works and were tasked with the service and maintenance of an existing system that was taking longer than necessary to heat up to the required temperature.

Fernox Cleaner F3

Fast Flow Gas Services began by powerflushing the system with Fernox Cleaner F3, to remove sludge, scale and system containments.

Fernox Protector F1

Once this process was complete, they dosed the system using Fernox Protector F1, which is a BuildCert and ESTR approved inhibitor developed to prevent corrosion and limescale deposition from taking place.

Fernox TF1 Compact Filter

For a thorough and complete approach to system protection, a Fernox TF1 Compact Filter was installed to the property’s central heating system by

The filtration device is 30% smaller than the standard Fernox TF1 Total Filter, meaning it is an ideal option for domestic properties where space or access around the boiler is restricted and a standard filter is impossible to install.

The TF1 filter utilises hydrocyclonic and magnetic action to remove and contain harmful contaminants from the system.

Lee Perkins, owner of Fast Flow Gas Services: “We always use the Fernox ‘F’ range of products because of their proven track record. We know we can rely on the performance of the products. Chemical water treatments have to be reliable which is why I use Fernox. Our customers’ primary concern is usually that their central heating system will continue to work trouble-free. As an installer, by using a combination of Fernox cleaners, inhibitors and filters, you know you are taking every possible measure to ensure that they are.”
