First customer charter for high flyers Kestrel

  • 4 Dec 2017

Kestrel‘s first Customer Charter features in its new Product Overview, which outlines the standards customers can depend upon from the roofline, cladding and fascia brand.

Sales and marketing director at Kestrel Owen Thorogood reflected on the news: “We’ve always put the customer first and this charter reminds each and every one of us of who and what’s important to our business.

“Our customers rely on Kestrel, so the charter includes measurable standards on the things that matter such as delivery times, customer service responsiveness and estimating department accuracy.”

The full-colour Product Overview also gives a look into the brand’s extensive variety of fascias, soffits and cladding, featuring an insight into its ever more popular Anthracite Grey options.

Full of information on available sizes, finishes and colours, it can be downloaded at www.kbp.co.uk/en/promotional-literature.
