Forest fx PUR flooring specified for dog grooming parlour

  • 18 Aug 2016

Glamour Pooch Dog Spa and Day Care has benefited from the installation of wood effect sheet vinyl flooring from Polyflor’s Forest fx PUR range.

Creative consultancy Beverly Wood Design was commissioned to create a concept for the Freckleton-based grooming parlour’s retail interior. The Glamour Pooch team required classic wood flooring, with the ability to withstand heavy footfall and the advantage of being easy to clean and maintain.

Wood effect sheet vinyl flooring from Polyflor’s Forest fx PUR collection was specified for installation in the reception and grooming areas.

Forest fx PUR

Designed for use in commercial environments, such as retail interiors, Forest fx PUR is able to endure high levels of foot traffic. It is enhanced with Polyflor’s polyurethane reinforcement – known as PUR – which is cross-linked and UV cured.

PUR works to protect the design of the floorcovering, whilst eliminating the need for a high maintenance polish or cleaning regime.

Available in 14 wood effect designs, the flooring contains recycled material. When finished with, it can be completely recycled via the Recofloor scheme.

Forest fx PUR is featured in Polyflor’s Retail sector brochure, which comprises information on different creative flooring concepts for retail interiors, using a mixture of luxury vinyl tile and sheet vinyl products.
