  • 11 Apr 2018

SWISSPACER has been chosen by specifiers for London’s Principal Tower; a prestigious, 50-storey residential tower development close to the capital’s financial hub.

Designed by architects Foster + Partners, Principal Tower, in Shoreditch, Hackney, will feature 301 residential apartments upon completion early next year.

At 162 metres tall and equalling 35,400 square metres, it will be one of London’s tallest residential buildings.

Principal Tower complies with the Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4, and SWISSPACER ULTIMATE featured in the highly energy efficient façade.

SWISSPACER is ideal for sealed units of all sizes as it is tried and tested to give incredible thermal performance and long-lasting results.

It is popular for oversized sealed units because of its rigid structure, precise edges and clean, crisp parallel lines.

SWISSPACER has starred in a whole host of iconic skyscrapers, including New York’s Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), 30 St. Mary Axe (The Gherkin) in London, The Prada Building in Tokyo, Madrid’s Torre de Cristal and The Turning Torso in Sweden.
