Freeman gets go ahead to build its Weobley development

  • 8 Mar 2018

Freeman Homes has recently been granted planning permission for a new residential housing development in Weobley, north-west Herefordshire.

The development, named ‘Oaklands Holt’, will consist of 39 two, three, four and five-bedroom properties, a mix of terrace, semi-detached and detached homes. Oaklands Holt will compliment the rest of the village by using a mixture of high quality painted brick and render homes with variations in roofing materials, surrounding a communal garden area.

Freeman Homes has been careful to ensure the development complies with the necessary planning requirements and provides a welcoming neighbourhood feel.

Freeman Homes’ Joint CEO Luke Freeman was delighted that the development had been given the go-ahead, commenting: “We are committed to building high-quality individual homes and we’re pleased that Herefordshire Council has acknowledged the effort that we have put into the design and layout of the development.”

Members of the public will have the opportunity to view the fully approved site plans and register their interest at a launch event 12th-14th April 2018 at Weobley Village Hall, HR4 8RZ.
