Garador’s new online tool Visualise Your Door is a really useful feature that will save you time in wondering which garage door is right for you, as it allows you to picture which door looks best on your home.
Thanks to this breakthrough new tool, you can maximise the value of the property with the best possible design of garage door. Plus it is incredibly easy and intuitive to use; simply upload a picture of the front of the property, and slot in an image of the garage door you are thinking about. You can then change it quickly from a drop-down menu to a different door design or a different colour to see what another door looks like instead.
Thanks to clear buttons on all four corners of the doors, you can quickly adjust your selected garage door panel to fit it exactly into the garage door opening on a property. Once in place, no further adjustments are needed and you can flick from door to door and colour to colour until you get your choice of garage door exactly right. All the types of Garador garage door like Up & Over doors, GaraRoll roller doors and Sectional doors are available, as well as all the designs and colours, in this new online tool.
Visualise Your Door has been designed with mobiles, laptops and iPads in mind. Most smart phones can easily be used to take a picture, and once uploaded, adjustments can be made with a mouse or fingers as appropriate for your device.
Garador’s Managing Director Simon Hipgrave said: “The idea came after chatting to customers across the UK and finding that so many of them said they would really value being able to see what their chosen door looked like on the house before they went and bought the door.
“It has taken a lot of work by our web and marketing team but we are delighted with the result and know it will be of enormous value to merchants, builders and specifiers everywhere.”
The latest Builders Merchant Building Index (BMBI) report shows builders’ merchants’ value sales in October were up +1.2% compared to the same month last year.
