Geberit and Twyford shortlisted in BMJ Industry Awards

  • 13 Sep 2021

Geberit and Twyford are on the ‘Bathroom Supplier of the Year’ shortlist individually in the Builders Merchant Journal Industry Awards.

The news follows an exciting year, which saw Geberit optimise its merchant offering, through launching a new ceramics collection. This is alongside price promotions and a range of incentives for installers.

The new Geberit Select Collection has 11 ranges and embodies the very essence of Geberit. Since its launch, it has helped to open up a wider choice of affordable and on-trend installation possibilities usually associated with a more premium bathroom offer. These include space-saving concealed cisterns, wall-hung technology, furniture and Geberit AquaClean shower toilets.

Over the last 12 months, Geberit has also continued to innovate and invest in the Twyford portfolio. This is through the introduction of new basins and WCs, plus a new wall-hung offer in the Alcona range. All of this is reflected in the fact that both brands are on the shortlist.

Purdie Proudman, marketing manager for merchant and contractor at Geberit and Twyford, comments: “To have two brands shortlisted is a fantastic achievement and we’re delighted to be recognised in this way for our continued innovation and customer service in the merchant sector.”

The BMJ Industry Awards was launched in 2017 and has quickly established itself as the key event for the recognition and celebration of excellence from across the builders’ merchants sector.

Geberit and Twyford are joined by three other brands on the shortlist for ‘Bathroom Supplier of the Year’. Professionals from across the builders’ merchants sector are invited to vote online.
