The company has also implemented extensive customer service excellence training programmes, aligning internal teams to deliver exceptional service both internally and externally. Additionally, Geberit has introduced comprehensive feedback mechanisms for customers and employees, working towards achieving the prestigious ServiceMark accreditation.

These initiatives form part of Geberit‘s broader strategy to maintain its position as an industry leader in both product innovation and service delivery. The company’s investment in people development and customer service excellence directly benefits its partners across the construction sector, from architects and specifiers to installers and distributors.
