Fibo UK is set to be the sole supplier of high-performance wall panels to Merseyside’s leading independent builders and plumbers merchant, Beers Timber and Building Supplies.
Paul Conboy, Beers’ Director, commented: “We’ve tried other wall panels in the past, but the quality across Fibo’s product range really stands out. The range of colours and finishes on the panels is excellent.
“They’re easy to fit and, once installed, the quality of the joints at the edges of the panels is superb.”
Beers currently showcases Fibo wall panels in a handful of its depots, but work is underway to install full displays in all seven of its branches, as well as their five MBS Plumbing branches.
Although Beers introduced Fibo to its range in June last year, they aim to have the full displays in place by the end of this month.
Paul Conboy added: “Jenny, our Local Area Manager, has been fantastic, supporting us with marketing and organising training and in-branch mornings.
“Fibo has been helpful, approachable and very proactive – even sending through new customer leads and working with us to generate new business.
“We’ve found the Crystal White panels have gone down particularly well so far, and we’ve seen an increase in add-on sales, especially with bathrooms. The ranges are also great for our customers in social housing, where panels are increasingly being used.”
Fibo offers a range of POS and marketing materials, with a dedicated support team to help merchants sell the benefits of the panels.
Its unique Aqualock system with a tongue-and-groove design means Fibo’s panels are easy to install – up to five times faster than tiles – saving contractors time and money. The system is also completely waterproof.
With an extensive range of styles, designs and colours, and a market-leading 15-year guarantee, Fibo panels are the ideal home improvement product for bathroom renovations and wet environments.
