  • 22 Feb 2016

GEZE UK has opened a new service office to meet growing customer demand from across the Midlands and the North of England.

At 1,500 square feet, the new service office has been developed to offer support to customers from across the M62 corridor. Operating from Warrington in Cheshire, GEZE’s new team will work to provide technical advice, quotations and prompt response times.

From the new office, GEZE will also be to service its complete range of products; it will also be able to offer technical support for those with automatic operators and natural ventilation systems which have been manufactured by other companies.

In addition to its main office, the facility comprises a meeting room and a training room, which features automatic door operators for engineer training.

New service office, new team

Lee Coulton has been appointed as the new service office’s Manager. He will work to build relationships with the company’s existing customers in the Midlands and the North, whilst developing new business opportunities with public and private sector organisations.

Susie Perry, who was previously employed as GEZE’s Service Co-Ordinator at its Midlands Office, has been promoted to Assistant Service Manager at the new facility. Together, Lee and Susie will be supported by two Service Co-Ordinators and eight Field Engineers.
